Remuneration Committee

The Remuneration Committee follows the principles set out in the AoC’s Colleges Senior Staff Remuneration Code.

The Committee holds responsibility for setting and reviewing the performance management, appraisal and remuneration for the Chief Executive, Senior Post Holders and the Clerk.

The Remuneration Committee membership comprises of the Chair of the Corporation and the Corporation Committee Chairs:
