Search and Governancre Committee

The Search and Governance Committee’s primary role is to uphold good governance.

The Committee enacts this by advising the Corporation on the appointment and re-appointment of independent Corporation Members and co-optees, succession planning, monitoring the governance structure, evaluating individual governance performance and that of the Corporation’s committees.
