Unit 1: Principles of personal responsibilities and working in a business environment
Unit 2: Principles of providing administrative services
Unit 3: Principles of managing information and producing documents

You will be assessed via a portfolio of evidence which is put together during the course and demonstrates that you have met the required assessment criteria. The portfolio of evidence is in the form of a workbook that may be completed in a paper-based format or online to suit the individual learner.
