Who is this course for?
This course seeks to introduce the knowledge, skills and behaviours necessary for coaching and mentoring in the workplace, with a focus on supporting the development of others.
Entry Requirements
A good standard of written and verbal communication is necessary as a starting point.
What will you learn?
This course will introduce you to some theoretical models for coaching which can then be used to inform some skills workshops.
How will you learn?
This course will be delivered on-site.

How will you be assessed?
Assessment will be continuous and progress will be discussed in relation to some initial goal, destination or personal target setting.
Where next?
You could progress to a Level 3 Effective Coaching and Mentoring qualification upon gaining a position that has coaching and mentoring as an aspect of the role.
You could apply for a role as a Learning Mentor or Personal Coach in an education or learning setting.
