The course features Functional Maths and English at Level 2 and ICT will be embedded throughout.

There is an end-point assessment.

The apprenticeship will be delivered in the workplace and on-site.

A percentage of the cost for the apprenticeship will be met by the employer, depending on the apprentice’s age. This will be discussed at the initial stage of enrolment.

The Diploma itself costs £1,500 – which could be covered by a student loan – if you do not want to do the apprenticeship.

Assessment will be undertaken by your assessor and the process will be carefully planned and supported.

The end-point assessment will be undertaken by an individual from the awarding body.

You could consider taking a relevant Level 5 qualification.

You could also progress your career as a supervisor in a residential environment.
