Who is this course for?
This apprenticeship will enable you to:
- Input strategic planning in line with organisational objectives
- Plan, organise and manage resources to deliver outcomes
- Demonstrate commercial awareness and shape new opportunities
- Support the management of change within the organisation
- Manage talent and performance
- Reflect on the performance of yourself and others
- Undertake critical analysis and evaluation
- Become inclusive, agile and professional
- Complete Level 2 Maths and English qualifications (unless you have evidence of exemptions)
The apprenticeship involves 20% recorded off-the-job training, a Diploma qualification and an end-point assessment.
Entry Requirements
You must:
- Have lived in the UK or EU for the past three years
- Be an existing manager keen to develop your theoretical understanding of management skills and your digital capabilities further
- Be employed with a minimum contract of 30 hours per week
- Be aged over 18
- Have an excellent standard of English and maths to at least Level 2.

Apprenticeship summary
The apprentice will develop their understanding of how to:

- Undertake critical analysis and evaluation
- Become inclusive, agile and professional
They will complete a Diploma, Level 2 Maths and English qualifications (unless they have evidence of exemptions) and an end-point assessment. There should be 20% recorded off-the-job training.
Are they any entry requirements for my apprentice?
They should:
- Have a DBS check
- Be working in a management position, with a minimum of 30 contracted hours a week
- Have an excellent standard of English
What is required from the employer in the workplace?
The apprentice should have:
- 20% off-the-job training time
- Paid time to attend College for Functional Skills (if not exempt)
- Training by the employer

If they are not exempt from Functional Skills training, they will have to attend College.

They can progress to Level 6 qualifications.
What job roles will this apprenticeship be suitable for?
