Who is this course for?
The Next Steps Pathway is a personalised programme for young people who are ready to move on from the Pathway to Independence programme and become more involved in their community.
We will plan your programme with you to develop the skills you will need for work and in your community. You will learn and practise these skills in a range of projects. Then, as you become more confident, you might also complete work placements.
Entry Requirements
You will have completed the Pathway to Independence programme.
You should want to be involved in the community and to develop skills and confidence for work.

It will include:
- Work on your personal targets

This course will be delivered on-site.
