We will arrange for your to complete initial assessments and interviews with the recruitment team

Step 3 ⇣

If successful, you will be placed into the relevant talent pool and receive alerts on the latest vacancies.

Step 4 ⇣

Application is sent over to employers.

Step 5 ⇣

Attend employer interview

Step 6 ⇣

Successful at interview

Step 7 ⇣

Secure a job with an employer and confirm start date

Step 8 ⇣

Meet your DCG assessors ready for your first day of learning.

I Want to become an Apprentice and have found an Employer

Your Employer contacts DCG

Step 2 ⇣

Business Development Consultant visits your employer to discuss your apprenticeship.

Step 3 ⇣

Apprentice undertakes an initial assessment at DCG.

Step 4 ⇣

Assessor visits you and your employer for your first day of learning.

Step 5 ⇣

Business Development Consultant visits you and your employer to complete sign up paperwork.
