Make a payment
Secure Payments Facility
You can make a secure payment to Derby College using our World Pay Secure payments feature. Please make sure that you have your invoice to hand as you will need the following information to make payment:
- Account Number
- Invoice Number
- Amount
All information required is shown on the top right hand side of the invoice.
Please note that only payments below £10000.00 may be made through this method.
Payments can be made using all major debit and credit cards.
REFUNDS – TUITION FEES/EXAMS
Where the College has cancelled the course a full refund of fees will be made by cheque, will be forwarded to the student’s home address.
If a student withdraws voluntarily or has been excluded then no refund will be made and the student will be liable for any outstanding fees.
Only in exceptional circumstances will refunds be considered on an individual basis.
Payments are only accepted in GBP
